Today we made healthy oatmeal snacks. They are very yummy and easy to make!
Combine and microwave for 1 minute:
3/4 c almond butter
1/4 c honey
1TB coconut oil
1TB vanilla
2 TB nondairy milk
Stil and add:
2 1/2 c oatmeal
Mix well, form into balls and refrigerate.
